Gas stove won’t light on half the appliance
First we replaced the wiring harness because a multi-meter said it wasn’t getting power. That was only partially true. The wiring harness was burned looking so we just kept it instead of sending it back. When the spark module got here the burner caps were removed and then the wires were noted where they went on the module and then the power and gas were turned off. The spark module was removed and then the stove was tested and we were back in business.

Igniter failing to energize even though there was 120 volts being supplied.
Slide Range away from wall, unplug Range, remove rear cover (4) screws, removed burner assembly (5) screws, unplugged Igniter connector, loosen Igniter bracket, remove Igniter (2) screws. Reverse process to install new Igniter. I also wore latex gloves to prevent touching graphite portion of Igniter. Tested Broiler for operation, slid Range back into position. All good.

The top burner knobs for this range had deformed over time and were discontinued.
Through an extensive web search of parts suppliers, I discovered a top burner knob in production that had the same shaft measurements as the original discontinued model. Once the ordered replacements arrived, it was a simple matter of removal and replacement.

my housekeeper broke the stove knob
I was so happy to get the part before Thanksgiving. While I was opening the box I was telling to concierge how fast I got the part. A neighbor overheard me & asked who I used & I tor off the top of the receipt so he could use your company. He said all his knobs are held together w. rubberbands.
The best part was the help finding the serial #. I would have never found it on my own.
Thanks, Karen T

I had a F31 code which means oven isn't working
Called fridgidaire and they told me the a F31 code means my temperature sensor is not working.
So I ordered one online. I installed it and I still have F31 code and still won't work. So what now? Do I trust them to tell me another part?
