both shelfs broke after jar slipped
removed both the shelf retainer and shelf bin, replace with the new units ordered from partselet.com. the whole process from searching, ordering, shipping and installing was very easy... thanks for everything

Shelfs broke
Replacing was to slide the shelf in on their stubs. My comment about the refrigerator shelfs is they are not made to last. You open the door and one end at the opening side would break. I check to see if it was hanging up however it has plenty of room.

a shelf retainer on our refrigerater broke off.
well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.

Lost the temperature control know
The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

replace broken door handle on refrigerator
The repair was very easy to do. All I did was slip the bottom part of the new handle over the Phillips screw on the refrigerator door. Then I put the top part of the handle in place on the top of the refrigerator door. I put the 2 Phillip screws back in the top part of the handle with a Phillips screw driver.
It took less than 15 minutes to replace the old cracked handle with a new one. In the future if I need anymore parts, I will be ordering from your company again. I am happy with my order and the great service I got from the staff at Part Select. Thank you, Sandy McClaflin
