How do i re-install the bottom freezer pull out draws. Particularly, the one with roller wheels, it’s the middle draw.
For model number 59672383411
PartSelect logo
Hello Same, Thank you for your question. You would need to remove the brackets on each side of the freezer that the wheels connect to on the freezer bin to be able to remove the bin. Once its removed just slide each bracket off and slide the new bin into the brackets, then screw the brackets back into the walls and your done. We hope this helps.

Something fell behind the very bottom drawer. How do i remove drawer inserts and remove the item. Drawer are not closing properly, and frost is building up in the bottom freezer. Help
For model number 59672383411
PartSelect logo
Hello Ronald, Thank you for your question. If you are referring to the bottom freezer slide out drawer, the easiest way to remove the whole drawer would be to unscrew the rails on either side and take out the drawer and door altogether, but if its just the baskets inside, you should be able to remove it by lifting it up. Hope this helps!

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

Ice dispenser motor burnt out, water got inside.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy. called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.

while closing the door, the light switch fouled, resulting in the switch breaking
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
