Saw Rear Roller Kit This rear guide roller kit is an OEM item which is specially designed for Milwaukee band saws. The purpose of this component is to support and guide the blade. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty item that was installed on a new unit. Note, this is the rear guide, the front guide is sold separately. Make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this part. This high-quality kit includes one durable metal roller and two screws to secure it. To perform this repair you will need a screwdriver set to remove the pulley and the cover.

Saw Front Guide Roller Kit This is an authentic Milwaukee replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with portable band saws. The front roller guide is a complete replacement part assembly. This item attaches to the pulley support and is used to support the blade and to keep it on track. Saw Rubber Tire Genuine Manufacturer Approved replacement Wheel Tire for some Makita Bandsaws. This part is made out of Rubber and is Sold Individually. When putting the tire on a band saw Wheel, it may seem too small but it is not. Band saw Tires will typically come approximately 2 or more inches smaller than the Tire you're replacing. The old Tire stretches over time thus becoming less effective and eventually will break. Also, as Tire ages the rubber hardens and allows the Blade to slip. You would need to put the New Tire in Hot/Warm Water to heat the tire enough to make it pliable enough to stretch. Its preferred to use two people in the stretching process.

The metal shaft is used to mount and drive the saw's wheels that rotate the blade. This item is available as an individual replacement part, please see illustrated diagram for associative parts.

Saw Band Tire This is a genuine part that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Delta band saws. The tire is one of the most important parts, its purpose is to help track the blade on the wheel. If the tire becomes stretched or starts cracking you will notice your blades not tracking properly. Keep in mind this high-quality component is made of durable rubber material and is sold individually. Please make sure to refer to the owners manual for the correct application of this tire.

Saw Support Roller The support roller attaches to the lock nut and is made out of plastic. This item is available as an individual replacement part. It is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with Ridgid tile saws. A screwdriver may be necessary during the installation of this part. Over time this part may break and will need to be replaced.
