The purpose of the 900482001 Conversion Pad is to convert the PSA (Adhesive Sand Paper) Pad to a Hook and Loop Pad. All you need to do is remove the adhesive paper from the back of the Conversion Pad and place it on the PSA Pad. Then you will have a Hook and Loop Pad.
