It was buzzing when door shut. I tapped on the relay on the circuit board and it stopped. Now it appears to be running but it is not heating. Can i buy the relay or will i have to buy a $170 circuit board?

According to our research, the heating issue is mostly caused by Diode, part number PS4235633, or the Thermostat, part number PS4226431, we would recommend checking them. If that does not help, then we would recommend replacing the Main Control Board, part number PS9606537. The special buttons, such as Popcorn and reheat choices run for a short time and then show an error message. Can you tell me what is the problem and how can I fix it?

Hi Joseph, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the issue is probably with the control board, part number PS9606537. Before replacing the control board, we recommend checking the control panel assembly, part number PS12394450. We hope this helps!
