This is my model number not sure if they are zeros or letter o. I have a trivection wall oven and the keypad with the numbers does not work and to the left another touch pad with the options of oven also does not work. Am having trouble identifying correct model, and which parts are needed? Any help is appreciated. Thx

Thank you for your question. If it is your touchpad/control panel that is the part that is the issue, I have listed that part down below for you. However if it is one of your board that are the issue I have listed those parts as well for you. It sounds like it may be your touchpad that is the issue, however you may need a repair technician to test the parts to see which one is broken. Good luck with your repair.
I have trivection..the number 3 on the push number for cooking, no longer works and the number 2 is going out. i want to make sure that it is the vfd2 wo before i order..can you help. all else works

When there are numbers on the touchpad that are not responding anymore, we always recommend checking your touchpad to ensure that it is functioning correctly and it is actually the board underneath that is dysfunctional. The touchpad is part of the control panel assembly, part number PS954262. Hope this helps!

CLOCK DOES NOT KEEP PROPER TIME

Hi Philip, thank you for getting in touch. The issue is most probably with the time and temperature display board, part number PS953764. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
