We're not sure if we need both parts. We definitely need the faceplate graphics asm, but we're not sure we need the electronics. Can we return the electronics part if we don't need it?

Hello Joel, Thank you for your inquiry. We do have a 30 day return policy listed on our website. I have included a link. I would just try installing the faceplate first and if that fixes the issue you can return the control board. Hope this helps!

This is a GE faceplate graphic asm.Is this the clock numbers and up and down buttons.Is it easy to change??

Thank you for your question. Yes, this faceplate is the touchpad that attaches to the electronic control board. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the touchpad. The touchpad and the stove in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the part being installed is the electronic control board, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the touchpad. If my temperature arrows will not work at a touch do I need just the face plate or electronic part too?
