replaced it with the new one.

I ordered a new turntable roller guide for our GE Profile microwave, and the glass plate returned to normal immediately.

Ordered the part and pressed it on spindle.

Purchased a new roller guide, simply dropped it in to place and the problem was solved. It took longer to open the box than it took to make the repair. Quick and easy.

removed the glass turning plate. removed the broken roller guide. replaced with the new one. I am very happy with not only the ease of fixing the problem, but how quickly I got the replacement part. I will use PartSelect again!!! And I will tell my friends.

Simply removed the cracked Guide Roller after finding that there was no way to repair the piece. Upon receipt of the part via FedEx it was a simple matter putting the new part in place. Things work fine.

Very fast very easy. Part was exact match!

Popped broken assembly off, slid new on onto shaft. Took more time to open the box than to fix the microwave.

Removed the glass tray, pulled out the old guide roller and installed the new one. returned tray. could not have been much easier. part arrived fast and was cheaper than other web sites.

The roller gude assembly on my G.E. microwave broke and was not allowing the food to rotate in the microwave. I called and gave the operator the model number off the roller guide and she did an outstanding job of selecting the correct part the first time.
