Hi Betty, This appliance unfortunately does not have an anti-drip valve. You could replace the tubing but I would suggest inspecting the parts to try and pin point where the dripping is coming from. It could even be your water inlet valve that is causing the dripping. I hope that helps!

Hi Carol, Thank you for your question. You can remove your front cover with a putty knife. Cover the edge of your putty knife with a piece of painters or masking tape. There are two indents at the bottom part of your frame. Slip the putty knife between your frame and your fridge at the bottom right and left hand corners. Then pull toward you and up. That should pop off your frame from being locked into place and you will be able to remove it. When disconnecting the switch from your fridge to remove the front cover entirely, be sure to unclip your wiring harness at the back. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Don, Thank you for your inquiry. It can crack or get clogged. Check the lines to make sure they are not frozen, then disconnect them and run water through them to see if there is any leaks. You may also have an issue with the connecters/fittings as well. Hope this helps!

Hello Terry, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the Micro Switch Part Number: WP2162361 to determine if it has failed. If the switch doesn't activate the unit will not dispense the water. If that part is fine, the issue could be with the dispenser port on the valve which would require the water valve be replaced.
