Expensive plastic
It was exactly what I ordered. But at over $100 it was too expensive. The whole microwave couldn't have been worth more than $250.

Exterior Door Panel Cracked
Take the three cross point screws loose that attach the panel to the door. (adjacent to handle) At the top of the door place a putty knife between the panel and door then gently pry up....simultaneously place another putty knife about four inches going towards the center of the door and also pry up. This will unlatch (loosen up) enough of
... Read more the panel to allow you to grasp the panel in the area of the first putty knife and pull up on the panel with your left hand while simultaneously applying slight upward pressure with the putty knife ...the panel can then be pulled off completely. (Once the top is loosened) Remove the two screws that hold the handle in place. Install the handle on the new panel then press the new panel onto the door frame by placing it onto the frame then apply pressure on all four sides until you hear a slight "snap"

Door handle and panel cracked
Other reviews said this was an hour long project and rather difficult. Quite the opposite, this was a very easy project. Pried the old panel off with a flat head screwdriver, removed the old door handle from the inside, replaced the new door panel and glass and snapped it back into place.

the door handle was broken and the casing for the door was broken.
The part arrived with a couple of the small clips that hold the glass in place broken and a poor glue job. After I re glued the glass the installation was easy.
Searched on the internet for repair assistance and found YouTube video that helped alot. Need to provide installation directions in the product.

Is this both the frame and the handle, and is it in bisque or biscuit?
Hello Jeannie,
Thanks for your question. This part is just the frame, and it is white colored. The handle is its own separate part. We will need your model information to obtain further details such as alternative colors or the handle part number.
I hope this helps.

Looking for off white or biscuit colored door panel.
For model number MH1150XMT0
Hello Jay, Thank you for the question. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

Is this the complete door minus the handle? Or do i need to order other parts to make a complete door?
For model number mh1141xmq0
Hello Marc,
Thank you for your question. This is just the exterior door panel, you would need all the other parts on the diagram minus the handle to make the entire door assembly. Hope this helps!
