Range pannel displays remove oven probe. But it has never been plugged in oven won’t turn on. What part is bad?

Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the unit thinks that the oven meat probe is plugged in. Remove the meat probe jack and turn the circuit breaker off to the oven. Try to clean out the meat probe jack with white vinegar. Allow the jack to dry out and then flip the circuit breaker back on. If the issue continues, then you may need to replace the meat probe jack because it has failed and just think that the probe is plugged in. The meat probe jack for your model is part number PS9606618. It connects the meat probe to the electronic control board so you can measure internal food temperature. You may need to replace it to solve the problem. We hope this information helps!
