Hi William, thank you for reaching out. We found that the issue is with temperature sensors in your fresh food section. The sensor sends the temperature reading of the compartment to the control board. We have found that your model has two temperature sensors, part number PS304103, in the fresh food sections. The part number for both sensors is the same. The connector is the test plug. It does not connect to anything. Glad to be of assistance!
Fridge does not Cool at all. Including freezer and refrigerated section. Replaced freezer condenser motor after discovering it to not be spinning. Dognose connector not connected to anything besides 6 pin connector on fridge. Fridge has been plugged in multiple days and still won’t cool at all

Hello Domanick, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend replacing the Electronic Control Board PS16619572. Good luck with your repair.
