The parts were packed well and had no damage at all. The replacement was as easy as swapping new for old. One important note: 2 out of 5 knobs on this stove have a special groove. The center burner and the power boil burner cannot recieve the replacement knob without first performing one simple change. With a screwdriver, unscrew and remove the backing from the old knob and switch it in for the backing of the new knob. A simple process that lets the replacement knobs fit. The old knobs were quite worn, so this feels much better, looks great, and was simple. I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but ended up being just what I wanted.
