Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This dishwasher drain pump is engineered to remove water from the tub at the end of the wash and rinse cycles, ensuring efficient drainage and optimal cleaning performance. It features both a wash impeller, which distributes water to the spray arms, and a drain impeller that directs water toward the drain port. Designed as a replacement for several original part numbers, this pump is compatible with select Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador dishwasher models. Installation requires disconnecting the appliance from power and water sources for safety. When selecting a replacement, it’s important to verify model compatibility and choose a unit made from high-quality materials to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Would not fill nor drain.
Replaced the valve access. Attempt to complete cycle failed. The pump-drain was replaced relatively easily. The second attempt was successful and we’re back to normal. The parts came quickly considering the holiday rush. We are very pleased. Thank you so much.

error code E-15
For model number SHE53TF5UC
Hello Stuart, Thank you for your inquiry. An E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher. Check for any excess water in the bottom of the dishwasher and if there is, then check the drain hoses for any leaks and check the drain pump filter to see if it is clogged. We would also recommend checking the drain pump and the float safety sensor. Good luck with your repair.
