The dishwasher does not work and shows e14 error. We found at online diagnostics that this is caused by a flow meter. We cleaned the contacts and it started working. Then this mistake keeps coming back again and again. We can not find a flow meter at your site. The closest to the area is part 405 - contact. Is this correct?
For model number Bosch SGE63E15UC
Hi Lana,
Thank you for your inquiry. If your Bosch dishwasher is flashing with an E14 error code, it is usually associated with a faulty flow meter. The contact that you have referenced in your question to us is also referred to as a flow meter reed switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I am no getting water into bosch dishwasher and light blinking. Is this 611317 reed switch normally open or closed. I tested with multimeter showing showing 0.00 reading when no power. Is that means reed switch faulty?
For model number SHX9ER55UC/50
Hi Nil, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we would recommend checking the float switch, part number PS8728722. It shuts the water fill valve off if the water level gets too high before the timed fill cycle ends. If the problem persists, you may need to check the control panel, part number PS8731782. We hope this information is useful!
