I have replaced interface board but fridge is warm freezer is very cold. Temperature's are all over the scale every time i open doors very crazy temp readings. Thermistors ok, door between compartments open and close ok evaporator fan running ok.? could it be the two board's under the fridge?
For model number fghs2655pf5a
Hi Latry, tthank you for your question. When you are having temperature problems in your fridge, there are a few parts that could cause the issue. You can use a multi meter to test most of the parts. Make sure you cut power to your appliance before doing any repairs or tests. First you should test your defrost thermostat. Place the thermostat in ice cold water for 2-3 minutes after removing it from your appliance. It should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. Another part to check would be your defrost heater. Remove it from the appliance. It should be reading anywhere between 0 - 50 ohms to be working. You could check your temperature sensor. To find the correct reading for this part you will have to refer to your tech sheet that comes with your appliance. You can usually find this tech sheet behind the bottom grille of your fridge on either the right or left side. These are the most common parts that cause this issue in your appliance. So it is suggested you check them first. If all of those parts are testing fine then it might be your boards that you have to look into being the issue. Unfortunately only a certified technician can test those parts. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

FPHB2899PF3 Frigidaire Professional French Door Refrigerator
have power to compresser area and board main power, and did have power to control panal, bought new control board because absolutly nothing, not even lights work. Now do not have power to control board....
For model number FPHB2899PF3
Hi Dan, thank you for reaching out. Ensure that all wiring connections between the main power board and the control panel are secure and undamaged. A loose connection could prevent power from reaching the control board. Double-check that the control board has been correctly installed. You may need to re-install it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The lights on the fridge side dont work. I have replaced the door light switch. that didnt fix it. I had the applaince repair company come out. they origannly thought it would be the led lights in the cabinet. that was nt the problem. they said the poewr board was the problem. I orderdd the main power board and replaced it and it didnt fix it. I purchased the main power board #50. That did not fix it. Will 50A power board fix the led issue?
For model number FGHS2655PF5A
Hello Jeff, thank you for getting in touch. Check the wiring to the light switch. Carefully inspect the wiring connections to the LED light modules, the door switch, and the main power board for any signs of corrosion or looseness. If this does not help, check the light board, part number PS10060214, for continuity. If it's faulty, replace the light board, to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
