Poor shipment
The first shipment was received in bag with bubble wrap. The ceramic piece was cracked in multiple places. Called to return got Kim in phone and she booked replacement order. I asked for free expedited shipping because now it’s days before thanksgiving. She couldn’t authorize expedited shipment while on line. I would have to wait until new order placed charge and then credit if she received authorization from superior. I asked about label. She provided I asked if this had to go through ups store. She said yes I expressed another inconvenience because closest one is 4 towns over. She inquired about my thanksgiving and then suggested maybe one if my guests could drop it off in way home! Really? It’s a holiday! When I received label it indicated I could use a UPS drop off box! I think she needs additional training. Can’t make this up - pull the call!

Dropped a hammer on the range while removing a ceiling light. Viewed a How-To video on Google. Ordered the needed parts. Followed the steps from the How-To video. Reinstall was a bit tricky by myself - could have used an extra set of hands. I have a few words of caution: 1) Put something between the range top and range - like a
... Read moresheet or drop cloth - to prevent a dropped screw from falling into a crevice in the stove. I dropped a screw and was unable to retrieve it, even with a magnet. 2) Makes sure you remove all bumpers, screws, clips, etc. from the item being replaced and put them on the new item if the new item does not come with replacement bumpers, screws, etc.

The small element on the left front dual burner works on settings Low and >6. It does not work on settings 2 through 6. Is this an element or thermostat issue?
