Why is the setting when set going to the coldest setting when I push set it on like 2 or 3 then it after a period of time it goes to the right side going lit up 3 towards the left when it was lit up left going to the right. And the freezer is crystallized on wall of the back?

Hello Nathan, thanks for reaching out! The temperature sensor, also called a thermistor, tracks the temperature in both your freezer and fridge, and it adjusts the speed and movement of the fans, damper, and compressor. If it's not working correctly, the sensor may need to be reset. Also, a
refrigerator door gasket should form an airtight seal around the appliance's frame to keep the cold air in and the warm air out. If the door gasket is twisted or torn, gaps can form that will allow warm air in, resulting in the refrigerator not cooling properly. Inspect the door gasket for any damage and replace with a new one if necessary. We hope this helps!
