The rack is fine. I had put the oven on self- clean and didn’t remove the racks. The heat destroyed the chrome finish. The parts diagram and number shows two racks, so I thought I was getting two, not one. That should be specified. If I replace all the racks, it will be half the cost of the oven (almost). Great product, but quite pricey and misleading.

Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. It is not recommended to leave the oven racks inside the oven during the self-cleaning cycle as the racks may warp and discolor due to the heat.
