Vent Grille cracked
I used a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the vent grille in place. I installed the new vent grille and inserted the two screws and tightened the vent. A quick fix to replace the vent grille.

Grill Broken and Charcoal Filter Needed Replacement
Extremely easy! Unplugged the microwave, unscrewed the grill and removed. Took out the old charcoal filter and slid the new one in. Put in the new grill, screwed it in. All done! Less than 10 minutes time.

The vent grill was cracked and kept falling off the microwave
The replacement vent was a little tricky to line up and fit properly. After getting the grill in place I realized that only one of the two screws would work. The predilection hole on the vents left side was too big and the screw would not hold the vent. I have it up with just the one screw for now. It was such a pain to get in place I didn't have the patience to take it off.

Broken grill
All I did was remove the broken grill and replaced with the new grill. It took a screwdriver and two screws. It looks 100% better.
