Hello. The plastic covering over the temperature/timer area has cracked and i am in need of a new assembly. I'm having trouble finding the correct part in black. Do you have it? My oven is a convection. Thank you!

Hello Christine, thank you for your question. The plastic touch pad is part number AGM73551625. This would include the frame and the touch buttons for your model. Good luck with your repair!

Will the part come with any directions on how to replace this part?
For model number LRE3023ST
Hi Rhonda, Thank you for the question. All of the parts are pre packed by the manufacture so we can not guarantee instructions. I was able to find some information on how to install. From the back of the appliance, remove the cover for the heating element and lock (2 screws, on the left side), remove the upper panel. On the control panel, remove about 14 connectors. To remove the ribbon cable just pull the connector retainer, pull ribbon cable out from the connector. On the front of the stove, on the bottom of the face, remove two screws that hold the control panel. Remove the entire control panel. Place panel on flat surface and remove the screws that retain the circuit board bracket. Remove bracket with circuit board. Place the circuit board & bracket in the new control panel and reverse the removal steps. Hope this helps!
