the front sight glass was not included but was easy to swap over

Took a little finagling with the putty knife but I succeeded without too much trouble. Perfect replacement part.

The hardest part was removing the front of the drawer. It does require some patience but just be careful and don't "force" it. If at first you don't succeed just stop and step back and take a deep breath. Perhaps say a prayer. Then try again. Once it comes off you'll say that wasn't so bad after all. The video on this procedure was most helpful. Thanks

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find a replacement drawer for my 20 year old frig! Although it ended up on back order, I was kept up to date and received it with no problems with my order. .....however, in the meantime between ordering the new drawer and actually receiving it, my frig actually died. Had a repair man come out to review the expense and was told that the repair now for the coolant part would not make sense to repair it...better to get a new frig. So....with that said and with my receiving my nice new drawer, I ended up needing to return the drawer to PartSelect. Customer service was great and I've sent the drawer back and got the money back on my credit card. Will definitely keep this site in mind should I need any future parts on any appliances.

The part actually arrived early and fit perfectly.

Part was well packaged and undamaged. So easy to repair and I'm happy to have my refrigerator back into great shape. There was one drawback , and that was replacing the drawer and emptying it ; caused me to remove all the contents and give the refrigerator a much needed cleaning. LOL

I purchased 2 drawers for my refrigerator. Customer service helped me to get the exact drawers to fit my very old refrigerator. They came safely packed and fit perfectly.
