Upper Crisper Drawer - Front NOT Included 5303289500

First of all, I both called and e-mailed PartSelect, to praise them for my overall experience. It's a 17+ year-old refrigerator, they had the parts in stock, I ordered them, and received them the next day; less than 24 hours later. WOW! The install was a bit tricky, just trying to get the old drawer fronts removed, to put onto the new dra ... Read more wers. I was careful to not manhandle them too much, so as not to break them. They were just kind of gunked up with debris, from the many years of use. I used the screwdriver blade to gently pry the drawer front loose, from the old drawer. Once loose, the reinstall was really quite simple. Thanx!

Use small srew driver to take door off and put back on just like the video you supplied on line.

I was able to make the repair in very little time, took longer to empty the refrigerator and remove the broken pieces than it did to install the new ones. Got the new drawers, removed the drawer fronts from the old drawers, slid the fronts onto the new drawers and installed them. Why did we wait years to fix this simple problem?

Took out old racks and stuck in new ones. Machine looks like new and the slides work better too. For the top rack, remove the ends of the rails and the center post. Put the new rack in then install the center post on the new one. Easy, really easy.

Removed old pan and cleaned all surfaces and reinstalled new pan.

Removed old drawer. Removed front face of drawer and installed on new drawer. Put new drawer in refridgerator.

My husband just dislodged the front of the old drawer and very carefully slipped it into the new drawer. Presto all fixed. Very easy. So happy with the new drawer that is so easy to slide open. The repair was extrememly easy and took about as long as it did to order the pasrt online. Just removed the front drawer handle with a screw driver ,slide it onto the new storage drawer and reinstall. Less than 5 minutes.

I order part # PS429001 dual inlet water valve located in bottom left corner of refridge on monday it arrived nest day.I then shut off water source and disconnected refridge.
I removed back bottom panel { 5screws} and then i removed
water valve {1 screw} I unplugged electrical wires and water feed lines from valve.You have to pu ... Read more ll hard on feed lines to remove. I installed new valve, connected wires,
i had to clip off about 1/2" of feed line ends for a tighter fit on new valve. I reinstalled back panel. I plugged in refridge turned on water,and presto i'm getting
fast water again from the dispenser. P.S. I also took the time to vacumm around compressor and fan.
