The left back electric burner has an opening going into the oven, the other 3 burners have what looks like caps. Do I have a missing cap or is it a breather opening for the oven

Do i need part number ps453757 heat cap for my stove. I was told the oven wouldn’t work properly if the hole was blocked. Is it dangerous not to have the heat caps?

What purpose does part 28 on the range top burner serve?Is it necessary to the function of the burner?

Do the drip pans come in black or just chrome?
