The part worked great. The door handle is not loose anymore after applying the screw. This site was great for plugging in the refrigerator model and identifying the appropriate part I needed.

It was a good screw. I didn’t expect anything more than what was advertised, so I wasn’t disappointed. It was a little expensive for such a small piece of equipment though. The first screw got lost in shipping. Customer service woman was a bit rude and acted like “what was she supposed to do about it”. I had to explain that I didn’t need a refund, I really needed the screw. I think she felt that it was done with the refund. However, I ordered the part for a reason. So she refunded my money and made me go through the whole process again. Very awkward, very rude. I did end up getting the 1st order about a week after the 2nd one arrived. The tracking had shown it was lost in Salt Lake City but after 2 weeks I assume it had a great time seeing the sights and decided to continue its journey. If Parts.com wants it back they can go through my customer service staff, just kidding. I hope maybe she was just having a bad day and she won the lottery after our call and she’s now riding 1st class to Fiji. :)
