It didn't work for me
I replaced the the door switch assembly and lever door because on a samsung washer model wf419aau/xaa because a dS/d5 code but it didn't work and the washer isn't functioning. I try to reset the washer or clear the code but it didn't work either. The code still remains unchanged and i'm looking for service. By the way i had to order the part twice because the first order was lost in the shipping.

Door will not lock which prevents washer from starting cycle, how to fix

Hi Marsha, thank you for reaching out. The issue might be because of the fault in the door lock switch, part number PS12740237. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
The piece that holds the latch broke off in the door, so how do I find the piece to go in the door to put the latch back in.
