not what i was told it was!
I asked 3 or 4 times if it had the fan and motor.... yes. Yes. Ok so I got it and no fan or motor!!! I called and talked to a very nice lady and she said I was sent the wrong part. She arranged for a return. Sent me pic for me to look at to confirm the looked like my old parts and would get back with me. In the mean time I noticed on your web site that the part says it will fit my refrigerator. So I call back and I get someone different. She is having trouble figuring it out and puts me on hold..... where I'm disconnected. I call again..... new person. After going over everything again, she finds that yes this part does fit but it no longer comes with the fan and motor and then was very helpful in trying to figure out what parts I needed to attach the fan and motor. I'm still not sure what's going on. I need to call back and place the order but I don't agree that I should pay an extra $117.16 for parts that I was promised were on it in the first place. I would like to say that everyone was friendly and kind.

Part 10 in the diagram shows middle clips to attach my shelf’s but no handle like shelves on the side as mine does. How will my shelves attach.

Good afternoon. Why is not cooling on top side it have ice. And how do I take off the evaporador cover tanks.

Hi Leandro, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you check the defrost thermostat, part number PS4140510, as it is the most likely cause of this issue. To remove the evaporator cover, first take out all the shelves. Unthread all the screws holding the cover in place. Insert a putty knife into the sides of the evaporator cover to unlock the locking tabs, and then take it out. We hope this information helps!
The part comes up with different numbers or same number and a c instead of a. Help!
