Water will not flow at front door

Hi Robert, Thank you for the question.If the water is not flowing I suggest replacing the Water Valve Assembly. Hope this helps!

The flap for the ice maker dispenser continuously cycles for about a minute at random moments. Removing the ice in the holder seems to help it stop. Also the water in the dispenser as started leaking for 1-2 seconds after the cup is removed.

Good Day Carla, thank you for your question in regards to your unit. Could you provide us with the model number for the ice maker that you have in your unit? Based on our research there seems to be several that are compatible. The solution that we found is that it may be that the door to the ice maker has to be replaced. We hope this helps. Best Regards.

It makes ice and makes a sound when activated to receive ice but nothing comes out. What is the problem? Do you have a video?

Hello Matthew, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Ice Bucket to make sure there is no Ice Build up preventing the Auger from turning to push the cubes out to dispense. Ice dispenser provides water but no ice. What part should I replace?

If the Ice Maker is making ice but the dispenser is not dispensing the ice, we suggest checking the Bin that holds the ice to make sure there is no build up preventing the ice from being dispensed. If the Bin is good, you may have a faulty Ice Chute PartSelect Number PS4175965. We hope this helps!
Ice maker does not make ice. Water dispenser works fine. The ice bucket had ice on the outside of the bucket. After I removed the ice around the bucket, I turned the ice maker back on but the maker doesn’t fill to make ice.

Ice maker makes ice but it seem to stick together and has a hard time dispensing the ice. also water will come out of the ice chute after it has been sitting for a bit. Im guessing the ice chunks get stuck in there like from crushed ice. Ice maker has been replaced and so has the seal from the door to the ice maker. What else could be the problem

Thank you for your question. If the ice maker is not dispensing ice and you have already replaced the ice maker, we recommend checking the ice bucket auger motor, the ice dispenser chute assembly, and the dispenser switch. We hope this helps!
I can only dispense crushed ice, not cubes. Cleaned all jams and started over. I also removed the bucked, closed the door and depressed the dispenser to listen for the solenoid to click to activate. It activates but I suspect there is an attachment from solenoid that has come loose from the door that lifts the arm that controls the flaper to allow cubed ice. What is the replacement part I would need.

Why wont the refrigerator dispense only crushed ice. Will not change to cubed or water
