They show this sensor in the cabinet. Where? My unit displays 34 f but the actualinterior temp is 45f+ i'm hoping its a sensor malfunction. Partselect number: Ps4138649
Manufacturer part number: Da32-00029u
For model number RF263BEAESR/AA
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. based on what you described it could be the sensor, but it could also be the electronic control board or the evaporator fan motor. You will need to test the parts with a multimeter to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My freezer temperature goes down to negative 30 but is set at 5. This is a twin cooling unit. It looks like I have 2 temperature sensor. One located b the coil and one in the ceiling of the freezer, but it does not appear accessible. Which one would control the temperature in the freezer. If it is the one in the cabinet RF26HFENDSR/AA
Which sensor should I buy for my freezer
DA32-00029U
Or
DA32-10104N,
For model number RF26HFENDSR/AA
Hello Al, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the issue is with the freezer temperature sensor, part number PS4138666. It senses the temperature inside the freezer and sends information to the electronic control. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
