I have the error code book but I'm getting an error code E41. I looked it up via other means and it's stating that the controller board has failed. Prior to this code I got the code E66 for faulty thermal limiter. I replaced all of the thermals (inlet and outlet) along with the thermister. when I turned it back on I ended up with the E41 (that's not even listed for this model) HELP?

Hello Phil, thank you for reaching out. Error E41 implies a door lock failure. Check your door switch with a multimeter for a continuity test. If the door switch, part number PS2330880, fails the continuity test, you need to replace it. If the door switch is okay, you may need to replace your electronic control board, part number PS9865104. This error code usually indicates a problem with the heating system and if you have already checked the element and sensor, we would recommend checking the high limit thermostat, the thermal fuse and control thermistor on the blower. Good Day Calvin. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number FASE7021NW2). The E61 error code indicates a heater relay failure. This could mean that there are wiring issues in the main control board or that the control board has to be replaced. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

Thank you for your question. The E61 error code means the heating relay is stuck open or closed, or there is a wiring defect. We suggest inspecting the heater element under part PS2349309 for your model and the wiring's attached to see any visible defects, to see if they need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
