My wife would like to replace the existing racks with some that she'll be able to leave in when she uses the "self cleaning" function. We need the part number, for the correct racks, for the model oven we have.
For model number PB911SJ2SS
Hi Ramon,
Thank you for your inquiry. Racks cannot be left inside of your oven during self clean mode. Self clean can damage the rack finish. You would always have to remove them to prevent this from happening. I hope this helps.

I took out the two oven racks and cleaned it with comet. After that, the racks can longer be slide into the oven. Why is that?
For model number JB740SP3SS
Hi Sueyia, Thank you for the question. The cleaner may have stripped some of the finish off the racks. You can try a bit on cooking oil on a rag and rub it along side the racks. If this does not work the racks may need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
