great customer support. I was able to call and get the part that I needed for my LG washer. I was looking for the gasket " without the drain hole", which was not originally listed in the parts diagram for my LG washer WM2487HWM., but was the part I needed. The parts diagram only showed the gasket with the drain hole. this part. without the drain hole was a new OEM part by LG, and a perfect fit. great instructional videos available by partsselect. Quick and easy repair.

It took two shipments to get the part which by the way was unlike the original door seal. It had a water drain tube in the bottom which did not connect to any port on the washer. The second shipment came with another water drain port but it actually was sealed. I don’t understand this because the same part number was used.
