Is this the part in reference to a code f-4
For model number 721.86012010
Hi Gary, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, the error F-4 indicates the humidity sensor error. Yes, the humidity sensor, part number PS3529192, that you mentioned is possibly causing this error. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!

Kenmore Microwave: Using the Convection mode within about 10 seconds or so, F-2 displayed and the microwave stopped. Detected a slight burn smell also. Oven still functions normally in Microwave mode. Can you recommend a part to check out?
Thanks in advance.
For model number 72180822500
Hello Jim, thank you for your question. The error F2 means the touchpad may have failed. Unplug the microwave for 24 hours and let the microwave dry out in case moisture got into the touchpad somehow. Regrettably, the touchpad has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We cannot obtain the part through any other means. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Exhaust fan comes on by itself even when there is no heat in, around or near the microwave oven.
For model number LMHM2017SW
Hi Thomas, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend checking the Thermostat, part number PS3530469. The thermostat senses the heat and turns the fan on. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
