Obstructed condensate drain (frozen??)
This part arrived in timely fashion and apparently in good condition. Replacement will not be a trivial task due removing the refrigerator from service and defrosting it. I have to remove an interior panel to get to an obstruction or iced over area under the evaporator coils. Also have to remove a panel on the back to install the new part. Putting the job on hold until I feel more inspiration to get at it.

Water leak in the bottom of the freeze.

Hello Mariana, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Drain tube and pan for blockage. at times it may freeze over and need to be thawed, We hope this helps.

Water is accumulating in the bottom of freezer and refrigerator. What causes this?

Hi Lonnie, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the defrost drain is not clogged, and the water lines are not damaged. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the defrost sensor assembly, part number PS3529165, as it is most likely faulty. We hope this helps!
My drain hose is collapsed , where is located? Am I able to have it replaced by a technician?

Hi Joyce, thank you for getting in touch. The drain hose is located at the bottom back corner of the refrigerator. You can easily access the drain hose after removing the back panel. Let us know if you have further questions!
