Could not use the part because the roller wheels were worn down on the plastic ring. The new part raised the turntable too high. To match the new with the old, I modified the old coupler. I put a plastic shim inside the shaft. In order for the shim to stay in place, I used a dab of peanut butter. So far it is holding up. Sometimes you have to make due with what you have.

Worked as expected!!

Exactly the part I needed

Part was on time and conditions was great.

Ordered both the motor and the coupler/connector (between the platter and the motor). Installed both and everything worked great. Took about 15 minutes total, including cleaning the grease off the filters and cover/light. It looked like I could of just replaced the coupler and been good to go. However, it was cheap insurance to replace the motor as well.

This part corrected a problem with my microwave turntable not rotating properly. The part was a perfect replacement for my damaged one and it was less expensive than other sources.

My microwave has been missing this part since we’ve had it. Therefore food did not get cooked correctly since the plate did not rotate. But the part went in easily and the microwave works like it’s supposed to.

The part was an inexpensive fix for a turntable that ceased to turn. Only problem I had was the delivery which was sent to incorrect part of State and was delivered three days late. But that was a a FedEx screw-up.

There was a long delay in the shipping because the part had to be shipped from China. Upon my receipt the installation was reasonably not complicated, required approximately 45 minutes, involving removal of the oven floor to access the turntable motor. My old turntable shaft had become melted into the upper part of the turntable motor, which is why it took longer to replace. Otherwise the installation could have been accomplished in just 2-3 minutes, without removal f the oven bottom shelf.
