Control board
Easiest to remove the front panel from the range and then once the cover is off, proceed from behind the range. The wires are short and gives minimal access. I moved the wires from the old board to the new one, one at a time so I didn’t mix up the connections. When plugging the range back in an error message appeared. Just select any butt

Does the touch pad require replacing when control panel is replaced?

Hello Laura, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, if the faceplate is working perfectly, then you do not need to replace the faceplate. You can just replace the control board. We hope this helps!

We turn our oven on and after approx 10 minutes the oven temp drops to 330 degrees every time we use it, and stays at 330 degrees. What part do we need to fix this? Thanks
