Easy repair and the right part the first time.
I was able to get the right part for my washer because the website was easy to use, it listed photos as well as model numbers which made ordering easy. The part came fast, I installed it in minutes and the washer was back in action.

The center knob no longer rotates the cycle select collar. What piece is needed to repair this?
For model number GTWN4000M0WS
Hi Charles,
Thank you for your question. That would depend. You should probably physically check your knob, your dial, and your switch itself. It may most likely be that your knob is physically broken, but you should check all three parts. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
