My screws are stripped out on the door and the door drops down when I open it .Do I need a new interior door part or just the screws? I have to pick up on the door to close it. What parts do I need to remedy this problem? Thanks for any help, Chris

Thank you for your question. If the screws are stripped on the door and the door is hanging, the screws, part number PS3495292, will need to be replaced. Make sure also that the door hinge with bushings, part number PS1152380, is not worn or damaged. If it is, you will need to replace it as well. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

wondering if this is the rubber insert surrounding the washer door glass?

Hello Darlene, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the part you have mentioned is the inner door frame. The rubber insert you are looking for does not come separately. It comes with the door glass, part number PS11766042. We hope this helps!
