Our 20+ year old Kenmore clothes washer finally wore out its agitator ratchet fingers, and no longer could do it's personal rhumba. So after some research on your web site I was able to determine what repair parts were necessary and how they were accessed for removal and replacement. It took about a week to obtain the parts and about 5 minutes to perform the repair. The parts were equal to or better than the ones being replaced, and are happily doing their job properly and the washer is doing a much better job once again.
