Hi Jaswant,
Thank you for your question. If the fresh food and freezer sections of your refrigerator are too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the evaporator fan motor, the electronic control board, the temperature sensor, the defrost thermostat, the defrost heater and the condenser fan motor. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Jaswant, thank you for reaching out. You may need to check the light switch, part number PS8758429, and the control board, part number PS3491623, connections via continuity test. We hope this solves your problem!
