The lower dishrack wheel on your dishwasher allows the dishrack to roll in and out effectively. If your lower dishrack wheels are damaged, or the rack does not roll in and out, you may need to replace them. This wheel is located on the front lower rack and includes the axle. This part is sold individually. The wheel and the axle are made of white plastic. The lower front dishrack wheel is approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. To complete the repair, simply detach the damaged wheel and axle from the rack, and install the new one by snapping the axle in place.

lost 2 front wheels.
There was a video on the page as the part. Done in a flash. The axle was a little hard to get into the wheel so I soaked it in a little hot water and it whet in like a charm.

lower front wheels missing
with thumb pressure just snapped the axle on shaft and then wheel on axle. as simple as that and i was done in about 5 minutes!
The stud assembly in the middle of each wheel no longer stayed inside the wheel.
Just pulled off the old wheel. I just had to push in the stud to the wheel and pushed it on to the rack of the dishwasher. Very easy repair! Only disappointing part was that it bothered me to have to purchase the stud with the wheel. I was told they only came as the set. I only needed to purchase that inside stud. My wheels were fin

It took a few minutes to remove the old roller and wheel and another few to put on the new ones. Super easy ! Dishwasher racks are gliding like new ones now
Took off the back screen, 4screws. Unscrewed old piston assembly. Put in new piston assembly, put screen back on. That was all there was to it. Now it drains just fine. I also added 2wheels to the front lower tray.
The 2 right front wheels of the bottom dish rack were broken and/or missing.
It really was very simple. The parts just snapped together and then snapped into place on the rack.

I purchased a new lower rack from you based on the model number. It is not wide enough, the wheels keep coming off the side. When i looked at the old wheel (that has melted) it is thicker. Do you sell thicker wheels?
For model number Gsd4000n10cc
Hello Deb, thank you for your question. The front wheels for the lower rack are PartSelect Number PS259136 and the rear wheels are Part #: PS11726733. These are almost an inch thick, but should have come with the rack. If the part number you ordered for the entire rack assembly was not Part #: PS3486947 then the wrong rack was ordered. I hope this helps!
