Lower Dishrack 5304475624

Was easy to replace, just rolled right into the dishwasher. No retracting tines like from the old rack, but wasn't used anyway. The plates fit better in the back instead of the front as it was from the old rack.

Since we never needed to fold the posts down it was no big deal.

Replacement for lower dish rack that had numerous broken tines. This replacement is slightly different, i.e. more tines, so it is a tighter fit for plates but overall works fine.

The part was backordered. We waited patiently, as I am not interested in replacing the entire unit. The part fits perfectly, but the spacing for the plates is tighter than the original part. This makes it difficult for us to load our plates, as they tend to fall over now. Also, I was under the impression that the part didn't come with the wheels, which was incorrect. This was a pleasant surprise, however I ordered wheels that I will now have to try to return, which is somewhat of a pain.

Did not come fast but I was kept informed.

the part arrived fast and fit - what we learned is that the dishracks are somewhat different from the original - but it works and everything is intact. the delivery was fast and painless. - however just know that the thickness of the wire seems to be somewhat less than the original as well so how robust the rack is will be learned in the future.
