Very easy repair, the correct part delivered on time!
The part arrived on time, as promised and the part was exactly what I ordered. The service was outstanding, when you get what you ordered and exactly what you ordered on time you can not ask for more than that. I would use PartSelect again and would recommend them to anyone. This company gets it, right parts on time and a very easy online process when doing so.

Easy Repair
Great part, easy to replace. You have to take the face plate off your old board and reuse on the new one. Replacing the board and removing the face took under ten minutes from start to finish.

Easy to repair. Online instructions well done but I expected part to come in earlier than it did.
I thought it was ordered within the 3 minute deadline to receive within the next couple of days.

I followed instructions found on the interwebs. They helped immensely. Saving the original faceplate was tricky. The replacement control board works perfectly.

Oven was not getting hot when setting temp.. took few times (turn off/on) to actually kick on.
Very simple repair.. repair guy said if it was the control board to buy a new oven. Searched for the part found it here for under 200$ shipped.
The actual repair consists of 6 screws outside, 4 holding the control board in place, and few wires in a harness. To make swapping easier, took a picture of where wires connected, they

EOC FAILED
I removed the panel on the back of the range, with a small socket head. Then I removed the old EOC. I took a photo of the wire layout to help, when I connected the new EOC, just a smart step. Connected the NEW EOC, replaced all screws and the panel.

Electronic Timer/Control Board malfunction
The part ordered and received was a direct replacement for the faulty electronic control board. I disconnected the electrical service, removed the back panels, disconnected the electrical connectors (after drawing a diagram with the wire colors clearly identified) before removing the holding screws. I removed the front legend cover from t

I installed the electronic board, connected the wires and connectors, installed the rear panels and tested the burners and the oven elements. All of the functions worked properly with the new electronic control board and an oven thermometer confirmed the oven temperature to be correct at several settings. The lady-of-the-house is now HAPPY.

The oven either won't get hot or gets too hot. Tested the oven temperature sensor and it tested fine.

For model number CFEF312GBA
Hello Sam and thanks for writing.
It seems the part you are looking for has been discontinued for your model and is no longer available. We have no known replacement information in our system. We recommend you contact the manufacturer of the part to see if they have recently released a new substitute. Frigidaire Electrolux Canada 800-265-8352. We do carry other spare parts for units such as yours, for example, Part Number: PS439835. Good Luck with your repair.
Hi, my control oven board doesn't work i can't bake the elements on the top they work except the large one stays always on doesn't go on and off. Can you tell me where to purchase the parts plz thanks
For model number Frigidaire PGLEF385EC
Hello Ladi, thank you for your question. The board for that unit is part number PS1149703. The issue with the element staying on and and not going off is probably the switch itself, part number PS899921. Please enter the part number into the site for current price and availability. Good luck with your repair!

Control panel ps2378933 functions ok.The black plastic housing in sits in has cracked in 5 places around the perimeter. There is not enough resistance on the right half of the panel such that the function pads can work. That side of the panel just pushes in.I have hand held the back of the control panel housing and the pads/controls all work. Can I get just the housing?
For model number FEFLM605DCG
Hi Ben, Thank you for the question.Unfortunately the housing is not sold sepratly from the electronic control board. Good luck with the repair!

Hi,
My wife did a 2 hour self clean cycle on the oven (for the first time) and after the oven doesn’t heat. What part would i need? Seems like a lot of ovens have a red thermal switch, but this model doesn’t...or i can’t find it.
thanks!
For model number GLEFZ384GCA
Hello Ryan, Thank you for your question! I suggest checking the following parts: PS11731755 Oven Probe, PS471605 Main Terminal Block Kit, and PS977844 Bake Element - 3500W. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you.

The control board I have comes with a black wire (under the transformer) that connects to the board labeled p11 (chassis) i assume this is ground, where is best to connect this?
For model number PLEF398CCD
Hi Robert, the black wire is usually the ground wire, the black wire goes into P3 on the control board.
