My 6 and inner burner 8.5 inch burners are not working. They both stopped at the same time but i cannot find the screw remover to inspect. I will need both of these burners perhaps but it troubles me that they both stopped working simultaneously.
For model number 79046609500
Hi James,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the burners have stopped working, you will need to check the burner switches, the wiring between the switches and the elements and all the elements as well. It is likely a switch, but it it is best to check all of this. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
