Basically I just needed a crisper drawer cover w/o glass and the crisper support. I used a butter knife to remove old support clips and new ones snapped right in. Everything else was common sense

It took me longer to make sure I was ordering correctly than to fix. When the box arrived, I simply unwrapped it, removed the items, washed them and put them into my 15 year old refrigerator. Perfect fit! I am very pleased.

Just followed the sites instructions from web site. Easy as pie.

Once we got the parts, my son put it on for me. I was so easy to put on. He had no problems at all.

We found you website, and I saw that you had the parts for my refrigerator. So I decided it was time to replace them.

Removed the upper shelf and removed the old broken right and left support sides and replaced with the new ones, screwed in beneath the shelf. Replaced the upper shelf that holds the meat drawer and slid in the new drawer. Wonderful to have a functioning part in the refrigerator that still works great.

take the broken one out and replace it with the new one. the service was very good, from ordering the part, when it arrived only one day after I ordered it, it was broken in the delivery, I called them and they had another one on the way by the end of the day. I pulled the shelf unit out and removed the screw that held in each side. The old rails removed easily and the new ones installed just as easily. Right broken rail was one screw. Both rail and deli drawer fit like a glove. Transferred groceries and was done.
