Burner Knob - Chrome Specifications

This is a replacement burner knob for your gas range. The knob allows you to turn on and adjust the gas level of the range. If the knob is stripped so badly that the valve will not open, or if the knob is damaged, it will need to be replaced. This knob is chrome and is approximately 2 inches in diameter. Cheap part for a very expensive price.
I was told when I called that the part was not plastic. I was told by the customer service rep that it was not. So I went ahead and ordered the part. When it arrived it was plastic as I had asked to make sure this didn't happen. The OEM knobs on my range are not plastic and for the price that I was charged this is just not right. These knobs should be no more than $10.00 and that's being generous. I will be trying to return these due to the customer service rep not being honest with me.

I was wondering if the burner knobs come in a set of four ?
