The part is fine. Though, one does find it a bit amazing that a knob, with some plastic on the connection to the stove, would cost $27. It was the same price as other places, so that is not my issue. What I find amazing that a part that I would have thought would be $5-10 was that high.

The part came fast and my applicant is back in order. However, I really do think the part was over price.

This part was way overpriced

I was told when I called that the part was not plastic. I was told by the customer service rep that it was not. So I went ahead and ordered the part. When it arrived it was plastic as I had asked to make sure this didn't happen. The OEM knobs on my range are not plastic and for the price that I was charged this is just not right. These knobs should be no more than $10.00 and that's being generous. I will be trying to return these due to the customer service rep not being honest with me.
