The microwave beeps & drops to 20%, I hit cancel and it goes back to 100% power. There is constant beeping. I do not know if a service call is worth it or if I should just replace it. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. You will likely need a new control panel, part number PS11745311. Since your microwave's internal components can contain electrical charges even when the microwave is unplugged, you will want a licensed service technician to install this part.

Hello Levell, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the thermostats, diode and door switches first. If those parts are not faulty, the issue is probably the magnetron itself. I hope this helps!

The microwave comes on but won't hear up. The door switches were replaced and it still won't hear up. Is there a diode i'm this model that could be the cause? The magnetron is testing good. Could it be the inverter? How do you test it?
