Worked as expected
Thank you very much for shipping the part so quickly, as our service person was able to install it same day received. It matched up perfectly in order to replace the control board that had a burnt out resistor in our refrigerator. Now the frig is working as it should. The ordered part allowed frig to operate the cooling of items in top of frig, as the bottom freezer was not affected. Thanks again.

Refrigerator does nothing no lights on temp control panel motor not kicking on but has lights on in refrigerator
For model number pfss2mixa
Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with the main control board, PartSelect #: PS2340423. This board is the brains of the appliance and controls most of its operations. Hope this helps!

My icemaker stopped producing ice. I've replaced the ice maker and the solenoid valve.Still no ice. The cold water dispenser works. Could it be a circuit board issue?
For model number PFSF2MJXABB
Hello David, Thank you for the question. before replacing the control board I suggest checking the water lines. They can become froze over and not allow water to pass through. Also make sure the filter has been changed within the last 6 months. Hope this helps!

My refrigerator temperature goes up and down and my food is going bad, can you please advise. Thank you!
For model number PFSS2MJXASS
Hello Michelle, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, we would recommend checking the vents, cleaning the coils, and checking the door seal. If these are good, then we would suggest checking the Defrost Thermostat, part number PS1017716, Temperature Sensor, part number PS304103, and Condenser Fan Motor, part number PS1483567. We hope this sorts out your problem!
