Vegetable Glass Shelf Insert WR32X10671

I received the glass shelf with some extra paperwork. with the glass with the glass shelf, was a hand written note from a previous customer who returned the shelf. I fould this unusual to pay for an open boxed item without being notified or given a discount. I did have a hard time making the glass fit into the frame i was a bit afraid of posibly breaking the glass by forcing it in, I believe that is why it was returned, I was determined to make that glass fit and not have to deal with returning it, by forcing it in I did put myself in peril. The proper sized glass, would have fit properly.I'm upset that I was not notified of a possible problem with the glass. I took the risk,but got no finacial benifit.

ordered plastic frame for fruit and veg. draws and old glass did not fit. Talked to customer service and they suggested that part might have changed spects. So I ordered new glass to match, still the glass is too big to fit.

Unfortunately, despite all the parts numbers and stocking being correct, there is an error on the sizing of the glass cover for the shelf that holds the vegetable and fruit drawers. The manufactured size does not fit the shelf that is suitable for our refrigerator. For anyone looking to order this part, take extra steps to confirm the sizing prior to purchase. I ordered the glass cover twice thinking it may have been mis-picked or labeled. Not the case. It was a hassle for parts select and myself. This is a manufacturer's mistake. My customer service from PartsSelect was excellent.

I typed the model number exactly The glass shelf was about 3 inches too short. I’ll go with the manufacturer from now on
